To honor his legend Didier Drogba, which allowed him to win the Champions League in 2012, Chelsea has just released a jersey chosen by his fans. When qualifying for the semi-finals of the Europa League against Slavia Prague (4-3), Chelsea players appeared with a new jersey “hirtolders” during the warm-up.
This tunic was designated by supporters last December to pay tribute to the former striker, Didier Drogba. Blues No. 11 was voted “man of the match” in the Champions League final victory against Bayern Munich in 2012. The jersey with the historic blue of the London club and the orange of Côte d’Ivoire is now available on the club website for 60 euros.
